“Mindfulness is not only life changing but also saves lives”

At our July event, Michelle Locke will be taking us on a tour of Mindfulness and sharing some simple but amazing tools and techniques to explain how to recognise and change our thought patterns. She will also show us how we all see things in such a different way and how this affects how we feel about ourselves and other people. It’s sure to be an evening of discovery for us!

Michelle says that Mindfulness can help people to understand their mind better and the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how these can impact and cause anxiety, depression, low moods and negativity. Mindfulness shows us how to understand and interrupt these patterns and to recognise what is real and what is thought.
