Building Your Board For Success

When we think of Boards, we tend to think of a group of executives that steer an organisation to success.  This session uses that example and shows you how spending time on developing your own personal boardroom will provide stewardship to enable personal and professional success.

At the session, you will learn:

# What a personal board does for you

# The types of roles you should be thinking about having on your board

# Where and how to find your potential board members

Prep needed

Pre-work required, that will take upto 30 minutes to complete

This session is PERFECT for you if you:

# Already have a great network

# Are just getting started

# Want to provide more structure and meaning to relationships

# Want to learn skills and expertise, governance, independenence, strategic direction & credibility
