Being Kind To Your Corporate Mind

Being too hard on your corporate-self? Always putting others feelings first? Done anything selfish lately for your own wellbeing?

Ann says “Be kind to your corporate-self before your authentic-self hits back and knocks you for six!”

Ann takes a trip down career memory lane and recalls three significant moments that changed her life after experiencing panic attacks in the office, mental ill-health during pregnancy and the birth of her daughter. She calls them her wake-up call, light bulb moment and f**k it moment!

She’ll be asking:

# How long will your health suffer before your wake-up call?

# When will you make space for your light bulb to appear?

# And what do you want to be when you grow up?

It’s 2022, now is the time to put yourself first…

Prep needed:

No prep needed for this one – simply come along with an open mind!

This session is PERFECT for you if you:

# Are struggling to juggle work, career, business, home, family, friends etc.. and probably need to be a little (OK, A LOT) kinder to yourself.
