Meet your session leader: Tracey Howes (Blue Breathwork)
Tracey Howes is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor having trained with leading breath and sleep expert and author Patrick McKeown, Founder of the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Clinic.
By incorporating science-based techniques into daily practice and training programs, Tracey’s clients have transformed their breathing habits to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety and stress, train for marathons and prepare to swim The English Channel. Tracey is particularly interested in how hormonal fluctuations affect women’s breathing and quality of life and is committed to sharing evidence-based research to empower her clients.
Tracey is passionate about sharing breathing education, is a regular podcast guest and delivers workshops at retreats, festivals and corporate events. Tracey’s work has been featured on BBC Sounds and she is a regular contributor at Wellbeing By The Lakes, one of the Evening Standard’s Top Wellness Festivals 2023. Tracey is also a certified RAID freediver having competed at national level.

Event Details:
This is event is ONLINE. You will be sent the zoom link before the event. If you have not received a link by 24 hours before the event, please get in touch with us by email (hello@aspiring-women.co.uk).
Our events are held monthly and last up to 60 minutes.
All events start at 7.30pm. We ask you to come along at 7.25pm for quick ‘hellos’ before we start!
We do not normally record events to protect the privacy of the women attending and ensure we are providing a safe space to share. We may take a screenshot of attendees (with permission) and obscure any names shown.
This event is £12 for Pay As You Go (PAYG) members and free for Full Members.
It is free to join PAYG membership and £8 per month or £80 per year for Full membership.
Your booking or membership fee covers the costs of running the event (website maintenance and updating, online meeting software etc.), a donation to The Girls’ Network and a small organiser fee to Aspiring Women.
