Find joy, calm and opportunity while navigating the messiness of change
After this session, you’ll be able to pause in the middle of life’s messy change, find calm in the chaos, and even spot joy and fresh opportunities hidden inside it. So change feels less like something to survive and more like something to thrive in.
Using the 5 steps of navigating change we’ll explore how we have a better relationship with change.
At this session you will learn to:
# Feel calmer and more grounded — learn how to steady yourself when change feels overwhelming.
# Shift your perspective — discover how to see possibility and opportunity in the mess of change, not just problems.
# Reconnect with joy — find small sparks of lightness and play that make navigating change easier and more energising.
This will be an interactive session providing an example framework for you to take away and play with.
