Making ‘SENSE’ of Menopause

Find out how the changes in our hormones associated with the menopause transition impacts our brain health, bone health, cardiometabolic health and more – then we’ll unpack how lifestyle changes around Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Stress and Environment can help to support our wellbeing now, and our healthspan post-menopause.

At this session you will learn to:

#  Find out about the impact of reduced oestrogen in our bodies and brains

#  Understand the longer term health impacts of menopause and how to support those with changes to lifestyle

#  Explore how the five pillars of the ‘SENSE’ model (Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Stress, and Environment) are interlinked in supporting us through this key life stage and on to a healthier Second Spring…

…and much more!
