This is a combined session with both London and Dorset groups as it is an online event again due to Covid.

Nicola’s passion is to empower people with knowledge and support on a topic we know little about, eradicate this taboo subject from the workplace and home and to remove the stigma around the age of a menopausal woman.

Nicola’s presentation will include symptoms and practical tips to help manage them, information and facts and a completely open and honest account of her own premature menopause journey, which is often relatable or supportive to others.

Nicola Green

Nicola’s presentations have been described as “making the uncomfortable, comfortable”

Nicola provides practical advice and support but not legal or medical advice.
