An Introduction to Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) with Ginette

Ever wonder why you sometimes have a ‘sixth sense’ about what’s going to happen, just before it does? Or how that nagging inner-voice knows just what to say to make you stop believing in yourself?
With an Introduction to NLP, Ginette took us through an evening of understanding what NLP is all about and how it can help us not only understand how our brains process information and make split-second decisions, but also what we can do to re-align our thoughts for heart and mind synergy, positivity and happiness!

Insights Discovery Profiling

Insights Discovery Profiling

19 January 2016

The event was facilitated by Mark Simpson, of Potential Plus. By popular demand Mark introduced the Insights Discovery Tool that recognises an individual’s behaviour to help improve communication, decision making and performance.

The session used the Insights Discovery framework to uncover communication preferences and allowed us to connect even more effectively with the people around us.

We covered

  • Psychological Preferences – Which are yours?
  • Insights Discovery Colours – How preference relates to the Insights colours
  • Adapting & Connecting – How this helps us to connect with others
