Building Positive Resilience

Being resilient is taken to mean being able to cope with challenges.  Positive resilience looks at it differently.  It’s where we do more than simply cope but persevere, grow, and thrive.

At the session, you will:

#   Have an increased understanding of the elements contributing to positive resilience.

#   Learn a range of ideas to increase your level in each of the areas.

#   Develop a plan to put into practice and build greater positive resilience.

Prep required:

No preparation needed – there will be a handout shared  in the session and a follow up summary sheet.

This session is PERFECT for you if:

# You would like to feel you have more internal resources to draw upon for personal growth, to persevere, and thrive.

This session draws on the Seven Pillars of Positive Resilience profiling tool.

Life by Design

Whether we’re 20, 40 or 60, many of us are still looking for the answer to what we will be when we grow up.

In this very practical session Kelly will be walking you through a high-level overview of their book and partner with you to introduce you some of the fun and accessible exercises to get you on the path to a well-designed life.

At the session, you will learn to:

#  Find focused time to put yourself first, reflecting and unlocking fresh thinking

#  Use practical, proven tools you can take forward to design your life

Because a well-designed life means a life well-lived.

You’ll also get a free workbook with the exercises from the book!

Prep required:

No prep required, just come with an open mind and whatever materials you use to record notes/information.
