Meet your session leader: Emilie Warren – Little Fox Education

Hello I’m Emilie a Parenting Play Practitioner, Owner of education company-Little Fox Education, Apprenticeship Consultant and play obsessed! As an ex-teacher now entrepreneur (that still works full time!) I am acutely aware of how quickly burnout can come around. But also how the relationships we form with others can be the key to success, failure, joy and misery, so I work to find ways of improving those relationships.

Having worked in education for 17 years as a consultant, teacher, tutor & family worker I have seen play work in many mysterious ways. I advocate for more play for children, but also for adults too – why should only children play?! It is an amazing way to connect and communicate but often gets forgotten.

People always comment on how can I be silly like a child but a serious adult all at the same time….easy – you just need to know how and let that inner child out. It makes life so much more joyful and at times of acute stress a way of letting it go and grounding me back to planet earth. I live in Cornwall with my partner, two dogs, horse and hopefully soon chickens! I love riding out with my dog, hiking and Dobble is my current favourite game. I look forward to meeting everyone!
